Working closely with the occupier gaining an insight into their business objectives, we provided the business with clear advice on the overall strategy for renewing their lease, renegotiated some rather onerous terms out of the new lease, and obtained more sustainable and attractive terms. Our involvement meant the business was able to plan with certainty over the next few years.
