Office Building

Marketing and Sale

Long standing clients and owners of General Wolfe House, Croudace Properties, (for whom we originally acquired the property 10 years earlier) asked us to market this 8,000 sq. ft. office building as part of their rationalisation programme. We quickly identified a local property investor who bought the building simultaneously with the completion of two lettings of just under half the vacant space. Our continued involvement led to the letting of the remainder of the building to Ricoh UK.

Karrison provided us with excellent advice and assistance in 2003 when purchasing General Wolfe House in Westerham.  As a result we continued their instruction with various successful lettings in the building over the subsequent years.   In 2013 we decided to sell the building as part of our company rationalisation programme and they were very quick to find us a suitable buyer.  David has extensive knowledge of the local office market and on a personal note he and his team are always very friendly and helpful to work with.  I would be more than happy to recommend Karrison Property.
