HQ Office Search & Acquisition
Kent based social housing provider Russet Homes and their sister company, Invicta Telecare, asked us to carry out a thorough search for a new Headquarters facility. The organisations were working out of multi-site locations in older style, inefficient buildings.
The strategy was to bring the businesses under one roof in a modern, more flexible building with room for growth. Although we identified several opportunities, the building selected was one which had yet to reach the market – a 35,000 sq. ft. HQ building on the successful Kings Hill Business Park. We negotiated favourable lease and rental terms, and following a comprehensive refurbishment by the owners, Liberty Kent, our clients Russet and Invicta moved into their HQ in September 2012.
Circle Housing Russet commissioned Karrison to identify a modern purpose-built office block as part of the Group’s new Office Strategy to locate in accommodation more suited to their current requirements and to more adequately reflect their future aspirations. David applied himself in a diligent manner with our search for new premises identifying and arranging visits to several high profile buildings before we finally settled and agreed terms for the present offices at Kings Hill. Throughout the process David maintained regular communication with both myself and colleagues, and conducted business in a thoroughly professional manner. It was a real pleasure working with him and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other potential clients.
