Some landlords are happy to look after the property themselves. Such clients are usually familiar with landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities, keep up to date with housing law and subscribe to a tenancy deposit protection scheme. We're more than happy to simply find a suitable tenant. We'll:

  • Help prepare the property for marketing
  • Advise on rental expectations
  • Market the property
  • Carrying out tenant referencing (our tenant vetting procedures are amongst some of the most robust in the industry helping eliminate risk for our clients)
  • Prepare tenancy agreements – based on the RICS Model agreements
  • Arrange for an independent inventory clerk to carry out a pre-tenancy inventory, detailing the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy
  • Check the tenants in to the property
